SHIPPING AND RETRUNS
MAKING A PURCHASE
Placing an order could not be easier. You can order online, by telephone or in person. To place an order online just browse our Online Catalogue and select the quantity of each product you require from each page and put them into the shopping basket by clicking the button adjacent to the product or, in some cases, at the foot of the page. After you have finished your selection, click “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your request.
Your online “receipt” and automated email are not an order acceptance; we will formally confirm your request by a subsequent e-mail or phone and agree any delivery details with you. This is to protect us in the instance that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under priced goods or we are unable to supply a particular product for some reason.
Online orders can be paid for, securly, by credit or debit card – see ‘Credit Card Security’ below.
You can, if you wish, choose to pay for your order over the telephone by credit or debit card. This element of the transaction will be carried out ‘off-line’ and your credit card receipt will be included with your shipment.
Some products aren’t priced online and you can enquire about them via our online contact form or by telephone. To make an online enquiry all you need to do is click “Contact Us” and fill in the online enquiry form, we will aim to respond within one working day.
